^^^ This....I splurged on Insanity and did two rounds. The second round I got bored and added in some strength training workouts. I didn't lose a lot of weight, but I lost inches, and aggravated my knee. You can always modify your moves if you need to, and just do your best through the workouts. Fitnessblender workouts are…

Congrats!!! I went on a 4-day cruise towards the end of September. I was worried about gaining, but I also took advantage of the gym while I was on the ship....surprisingly the gym was pretty crowded, and here I thought I would be one of few people in there lol

This is pretty cool!!! I have been tracking my weight fluctuations for the past couple of months and I suspect mine would look about the same. What program did you use?

I am currently eating back most of my exercise calories. I didn't start really losing until I started eating them back (my MFP calories are currently 1470, and I burn 400-600 calories per workout). In the end, you will do what works best for you :-)

Hi!!! *waves* I am a single working mama of one energetic 10-year old. I work in an office and sit all day too. I get my workouts in at 5 AM every morning via Youtube, Insanity or other DVDs. Please feel free to add me :-)

I'm 5'4 and currently 192ish....dropped 12 lbs so far. I eat about 1700-2000 calories on my workout days and 1400 on my rest days. I workout 6 days a week for 30-60 minutes. I try to eat pretty healthy not to say that a cookie or something else won't make its way into my diary lol

I know someone doing something similar to this for quick weight loss. She's always complaining about how hungry she is, and how she can't eat this or that. She looks and sounds so miserable
-
I had to stop eating them too....the bloating and stomach pain in addition to the horrible gas was unbearable

I am on my second round, heading into month 2. Insanity is GREAT!!!! It is a little rough on my joints though.....still gets my stamp of approval :-)
-
I wear a HRM, so I usually try to get back at least half (or sometimes more) of my exercise calories. In the end, you do what works for you :-)

I currently have my goal set at losing 1 lb/week. My workouts consists of both cardio and strength training with weights (currently using 20 lb dumbbells....I need to seriously up the weight lol). I am slimming down but still toning in the process (noticing more muscles in legs and arms). I would try both and see how it…
