I'm 5'4". I started at 210ish and am currently at 182 lbs (size 10/12). I would love to get into the 160s. Anything below that gives me a lollipop shape (big head little body)...no bueno

South Florida (Miami). It's currently 58 degrees with a high of 70....but only for today. Tomorrow it will be hot as all hell again :\

Thank you everyone!!! :) Question: do you usually try to increase your mileage each month? And if so by how much? What would be considered a reasonable increase for someone who is still a little new to running?

I hit my goal!!!! Yay!!!! I am so not a runner, so this is a major accomplishment for me. And it's still warm (borderline hot) in South Florida, but most of my runs have been on the treadmill. Hi everyone...recently started running again, so I figured I would give this running challenge a try. I ran a little over 27 miles last month. I get it in at 5 AM on weekdays and 6 AM on the weekends. It's just easier for me. I tried working out in the evening and almost died lol. You get used to it :-)

I'm about half way through my journey (before and during is my profile pic). I am 5' 3.5". I started at 210 lbs and I'm currently 185 lbs. Not sure what my final weight will be...maybe around 165ish.....anything below that, and I start having the lollipop syndrome (big head little body).

I mostly eat the same thing during the week (dinner consists of something with beef or chicken and veggies on Monday, fish and veggies on Tuesday, Wednesday is salad night, breakfast for dinner on Thursday, Fend for yourself Friday = leftovers), and then get all adventurous on the weekends. It just easier if I don't have…

I work out at 5 AM, and I don't eat anything before. I just don't like having anything in my stomach.

I'm 5'4" and not really sure what my goal weight is. I started at 210, and now hover around 186/187. I would be happy getting out of the 180s at this point lol.

NSV #1 - I recently bought a size 10 petite dress. I can't remember the last time I wore a size 10! NSV #2 - Two of my co-workers commented on how great I look, and asked me what I've been doing NSV #3 - My skinny jeans don't fit any more...in fact none of my jeans fit any more lol

I need to buy new workout gear. The ones I have are a wee too big now. I ordered some workout capris online, but they are too big (I ordered a large - my bottom half is larger than my top - but not as large as it used to be lol). So I am back at square one *sigh*

25 lbs in 8 months. Slow and steady :-) Losing a little over 3 lbs a month.

Yes!! It can be done. It can get hard sometimes, but stick with it. I'm 37, and I've lost 25 lbs so far (my before and during are my profile pic)

I work out 7 days a week and rest when needed. My schedule usually looks like: 2-3 days upper body; 2-3 days lower body (this switches each week) and 2 days cardio (usually HIIT and 10 minute sprint intervals)
