I was 160 when I graduated from HS. I'm about 24 lbs away from that (down from 210). Not really sure if I want to get back down to that at this point. I started at 204 lbs and my intake was set at 1470 calories (sedentary) for 1 lb per week loss. You could always try setting your goal to losing 1 lb per week, and see if that helps with your calorie intake and weight loss. When you say that you are eating 1200 calories, is that your net calories (MFP calories + some exercise calories)?. I try to make sure I net at least 1200 (which means I'm eating 1600-1800 cals depending on how much I burn). I've been making protein cakes. Hi! We currently weigh the same (189ish...I started at 205) and I net between 1200-1400 calories. MFP gave me 1430 calories and I usually try to eat 75-80% of my exercise calories back (I burn between 300-600 cals depending on the workout) so I end up eating about 1700-1900 calories a day and I have been losing steadily.…
