I usually have almonds and raisins or a piece of fruit. My body gives me the hungry signal every 3 hours, so I try to keep something around to keep from visiting the vending machine of doom lol

I am around your height (5'3.5") and I started at 204. I just completed month 1 today. This is my second time going through the program. I love it, but it is a bit rough on the joints, so I have to modify some of the moves :-). It did get a bit boring during round 1, so round 2 I mixed it with strength training workouts every other day. I think you should go for it!!!

I have painless crunching and popping all the time. My knee has decided to join the joint symphony by making a creaking noise whenever I squat. My hip pops when I do situps, and I snap, crackle, pop when I walk lol

I've been on Depo for 10 years and haven't had any issues with it. Everyone reacts to it differently. I have gained and lost weight on it. My best friend, on the other hand, gained a lot of weight and had bleeding issues. You just have to find what will work for you :-)

I've been eating back about 75-80% of my exercise calories back, and the weight loss is going pretty well so far...about 1-1.4lbs/week. It took me a while to realize that I needed to eat them back, and I kept wondering why I wasn't losing anything lol

I workout 30-40 minutes 6 days a week. On the 7th day, I will do light yoga and stretching or rest.

Fitness Blender on Youtube has a couple of 1000 calorie workouts. They are pretty good.

5'4", 198, jean size 12-14 depending on the brand....Most of my weight is in my bottom half :-)

I had two eggs, 1 slice of bacon, 1 turkey sausage link, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, and 1 tbsp natural peanut butter :-)

I'm 5'4" , 199, and eat around 1700-1900 on an active day. Lazy days are about 1450. And I do eat back most of my exercise calories

I just finished my first week of Insanity. I completed the program last year, but didn't do well in the weight loss (I did lose inches) aspect because I wasn't eating enough.
