This is awesome!! I hope I can get similar results (only on week 2) :-)

^^^^^what she said. I'm 5'4" and fairly muscular. Anything below 160 and I look like I have been starving myself for months lol. My body is shaping up differently this time around (currently at 201 and in a size 12) so we'll see if the goal weight changes :-)
-
LOL!!! That was my reaction too!
-
^^^^ this....I know a couple of people who did this diet, and gained it all back plus a little more. And they seemed to gain the majority of the weight back in their stomach areas
-
I'm a shorty (5'3") but I definitely fit in the large frame category. I hope to post some before and after pics within the next month or so. You ladies are such an inspiration! Way to go! :-)

Just finished Day 3, but I will definitely share my results :-)
-
Yes Ma'am!!!! Awesome job! Keep up the great work :-)
-
Bump....can't wait to post my before and after pics. I'm only on Day 3 :-)

The scale hasn't moved for me either, but I am losing inches. I have noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit, and I look more toned in my legs and arms (belly is a whole different story lol). Just keep going and working hard :-)
-
Wow! You look like a completely different person! Such an inspiration! Congratulations :-)

If you absolutely feel the need to wash your hair everyday, you can also try shampoos that are sulfate-free (sulfate tends to dry out the hair) or just go with the rinse and conditioner like everyone else suggested as well :-)

Welcome!!! I'm all the way in Miami, but please feel free to add me too. And I share your weakness of chocolate and french fries :-/

I have this issue too. My stomach never quite recovered from my pregnancy (and it looks even more fluffly because I have a short waist lol), but I am noticing that it is coming off very very very slowly, and it is the last place to go :-/

I plan on starting Insanity on October 1st (after my first 5K). It looks pretty scary lol
-
I am nervous too! I do my first 5K this Saturday. My goal is just to go at a comfortable pace and to keep running. Hope I can make it through. Wish me luck everyone :-)
-
I'm in (I'm late), but I'm in :-)
-
I use a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. I had to enter all my information (weight, height, etc) and it set up everything from there. Best investment ever!!
-
I just purchased Insanity and plan on starting it after I run my 5K at the end of this month. I will definitely let you know how it goes :-)
-
I got into a dress yesterday that I wasn't even able to even pull over my hips last month! And I was able to zip it up!! Still a little snug, but I'm getting there...YAY!!!
-
Ok...this was just awesome. Thank you for doing this because I also wondered if I should eat back my exercise calories :-)
-
I love the responses lol "What's a manatee?" "It's going to be another cold Christmas" "I've never seen it rain for 5 minutes, then be blazing hot for 10 minutes, then rain again"

Miami, FL here :-)
-
I'm definitely in :-) CW: 205 GW: 195 WOOOOHOOOOO!

I'm so glad someone posted this. I am trying to find a better heart rate monitor than the one I currently have. It sucks lol.
