If you are having issues with your knees I think you should go with ChaLEAN Extreme. There are three days of lifting and two cardio. So your knees do get a break. I really enjoy it and am on my second round of it. You can look at my blog on here and see my info that I have put in it along with my results. I honestly thing…

My dad has had two surgeries also and he can do the elliptical and treadmill. I have deteriating discs in my lower back and with proper form and with going lighter you can strengthen your back. Like my neurosurgeon said every pound in your belly is 5 pounds of pressure on your lower back . Just remember that when it comes…

Make sure you are taking measurements. That is the true test of fitness. :)

The more you workout the easier it gets! Get off the couch and work your butt off!

Eat something. They say chocolate milk is a good way to recover. Just remember measure it out 1 cup!

That is the EXACT weight I have to lose too! I started the year with 47 to lose. I have dropped five so far. You can do it!

Gum, drink a bottle of water to see if it is something you really need to eat. If you still think you need it look at the calories and then log it before you eat and see if that is something you can "budget" into your calories. :)

Cardio does help as Kate said. Also lifting weights does too. I noticed a lot of mine going away while doing Chalean Extreme. I only have a very small amount to get rid of now. :) Best of luck!

The chocolate is good. I didn't care for the greenberry. It kinda has the wheat grass taste. Not my cup of tea. There is a chocolate one that is made by I think 03World? That is pretty good also. If you aren't sure if shakes are good for you start small with carnation instant breakfast.

Sounds like you need to write down a schedule of what it is you are going to do when? Right now I am doing a program where it is three days lifting two days cardio. Write it on your schedule hold yourself accountable. Make sure you are counting calories and getting the max amount of water you can take.

Wisconsin is a toss up between cheese and brats....or them together!

I am on my second round of it! I started round 2 on the 27th. LOVE IT!

I heard that walking with weights is not a good idea. Something with your arms.... Maybe weighted gloves?

I just did the kenpo last night for the first time last night at a beachbody fit club. It was a free workout. There might be one by you. Anyways, I thought it was really tough. Great calorie burner. He does say to do what you can do because you will only get better each time. I had a difficult time and I have been doing…

Have you tried getting some rubber mats to lay down? Even the block ones that kids have in their playrooms? Might help and add some cushion for you? Might have to put a layer or two down to really help. But worth a try. Cause unfortunatly getting the heart rate up can lead to some noise. LOL

Turbo Jam is a great way to start out. Like the other person said you can make it whatever intensity you want. It works and it is fun! I would for sure go there. As for the 30 day shred I had probably with all the jumping. I got shin splints with it. :/

Have you talked to your doctor? You may need to get on something to treat the anxiety. I know I did. :) Also, when my anxiety was at its worst I literally had to make myself eat. I know it can be hard to do. But you got to have energy to take care of your little one. :) Message me if you want to talk. :)

I suppose I could do something like that. Hmmmmm

I have it and before I got my HRM I was using the setting I think was strength training? It is under the cardio. But after I got the HRM I was finding MFP's readings were actually way under what my hrm was telling me.

You can get it right on the Beachbody Website. It is a great program but it is intense. Not sure how much time you have in the morning but some of them can be lengthy in time. I am personally doing ChaLEAN Extreme and Love it!

My Fiance' loves Buffalo Wild Wings so we end up going there a lot. My safe meal is BBQ Chicken Bacon Sandwich and a side salad. With a Diet Coke. Kind of a splurge but not too bad on the calories. :)

I heard it was more of a gimmick then anything.....:/

Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire or if you want to tone (which you will lose fat) I highly suggest ChaLEAN Extreme. I am on my second round of it. (First Round I lost over 15 inches)

I switched from 2% to 1% and that really seems to help. I am still lactose intolerant but I LOVE milk and will not give it up. LOL
