I am right there with you. I was 260 and got down to 212 and now am back up to 225. Thank you holidays and graduate school. I'm out of control and cannot get a hold of myself :(

Right after work. I don't go to the gym though. I usually will go for a walk or go hiking in the woods. I feel it relieves my stress of the day better than going to the gym and running on the rat wheel.

I hear your frustration!! I've been going strong the last week and have lost abut 4 pounds!! I averages about 1500 net calories. Some day I ate close to 2500 calories but also exercised a ton. I'm totally in on this!!! I told myself the end of June that my goal for July was 10 pounds. I don't remember the last time I lost 10 pounds in a month but this is the month!! Hard work pays off so here we go!
