hi. I had wls 2/29. Im also down 32lbs. I feel like weight loss has slowed down and Im getting a little nervous. I hear trust the process, follow what you're supposed to do, and I do, but its still slow.

First, to get back to my low carb lifestyle...I abandoned it while pregnant. Second half, to lose the baby weight plus. Approximately 45 pounds to lose.

Uh, I just ate it. It was a simple two coconut oil fried eggs, slice of bacon and coffee w cream. Nothing fancy as I have an infant yelling for me...but good.
