I never liked group classes at 24 hour fitness except for spinning. That being said, I just joined Orange Theory which is all group exercise and I love it. Give it a shot, you might like it. Just like Dav said. :) Have fun!

I am 5'4" and am currently 134-136 depending on the day. I was very happy with at 125-123 and that is what I am shooting for. It's been 6 years, but I guess the other way of looking at it is it took 6 years to put on 12 pounds. I'm not doing this again, losing is too dang hard!

I can't do it everyday. I alternate days with some cardio because I am sore and the thought of doing pushups or squats, well it's not going to happen. I was also doing jm's DVD, but today I worked out with Lauren Brooks DVD and I think she gives better instruction and it was a whole different kind of pain than jm's. Goog…

I lost 60 lbs 6 years ago and have put 20 back on. I wanted to duplicate what was successful then, which was lunch time workouts and tracking my calories. All the gyms within walking distance of work were $100+ a month! Not in the budget. I was able to gain access to our bldgs basement which used to have a gym and still…
