  • if its the same one I have, its 3 phases also, beginner, med, advanced. Good workout, no weights or equipment required if I remember correctly. Haven't done it for a while, but I remember being good and sore the last time I did it.
  • My wife and I started p90X this week, I have a question for her; did you do full on pull ups and if not, what modified version of pull ups did you do? Congrats, you look great!
