I just take my daughter with me to the gym in the mornings when I go she loves the p lay area my daughter is 4.

I tried the greek yogurt and could not get pass the taste of it

I use elptical and they have interval program on that machine it does 2 mins at level 1 and then goes to level 8 for 2 mins for the whole 30 minute workout and it burns about 400 calories or so for me :)

I have not used any time of weigh loss supplement since 2007. IN 2008 when i decided I want to lose this weigh I had gained and loss and gained and loss again. I decided to do it the right way with exercise and watching how I eat and then it slowly started to come off.
