I fit in the category I am 5 foot 3 inches tall and currently weigh 110 lbs. few years ago at my heaviest I was 166 lbs. was wondering if any other shorties out there ;)

found new thing I love.....
that is hking the last few weeks been doing alot of hiking. I did the incline here in colorado springs it is sooooo steep I think that day I burned close to 1000 calories least it felt like I did was very intense workout!!!

my 5K on the treadmill
Still kind of cold here so been running on treadmill plus easier with little ones with gym daycare but today I ran it in 36:02!!!! I like to run my first one in June since my kids will be visiting my ex family for the summer.

Ok I have the bodybugg was wondering what everyone else thinks out of it. I kind of like it but the food thing kind of gets on my nerves wish I could find my polar strap lol. Anyone know how much the strap costs?

I noticed lot of people burn 700 plus calories here I am lucky to burn 300-400 calories makes me wonder if I am doing something wrong lol.

I am been training with personal trainer since november. I went from 104.6 to 109.8 he said I have gained 8 lbs of muscle and at body fat of 19.2% i remember way back in 2008 I was 38% body fat so I have come long way in these last few years!!!

I am curious on how many calories that burns? I do league on monday nights and we bowl about 3 hours when I bowl :)

this week my heart rate when I doing my wii fit run does not get as high and along with my Jillian Michaels and I am loving it must be that I am getting stronger? been gone for awhile
I fell off the band wagon really badly but trying to catch myself and get back on. I have set goal to lose 15 lbs in 4 1/2 months not sure if it is realistic I weigh currently 136 and I like to weigh 120 but I will be happy with 125.

I thought I would have subway club yesterday with cheese I love pepper jack cheese and said that was almost 1500 grams of sodium!!!! I thought subway was suppose to be healthy they say that all the time on the biggest loser.
