use the IMG codes like you were, but change the IMG letters to img (lowercase)

That is so awesome!! I have been casually looking around here to find another gal who is 5'3"

Now I see that 110 is NOT an unreasonable goal, I was afraid of how low to set the bar, how skinny is too skinny? But you look amazing and fit. Thank you so much for sharing! December I hit 170 - WAY too high for me!

Very inspired to make a new me, just like you!

You look amazing! Definately not too skinny!! :flowerforyou:

I am only 5'1", so I am a bit shorter BUT you give me inspiration!!
I know I can do this.

How did you get down to the weight you are currently - treadmill, vigorous exercise, gym???

I have only been here just under a week and I know I have to get my big butt on the treadmill ASAP!

I LOVE working out so I do 5x week right now working with personal trainer to gain some muscle so I work out with him 3x days week for last 6 weeks do 50 mins session with him and then the other 2 days I did elpitcal and I do that for 35 mins only because of working out with trainer hardcore the other 3 days.

Wow, you look great! it gives me a good idea how i'd look at 109 lb. I am also 5'3, i used to weight this summer 145 and i felt really unhappy with how i looked. I am a muscular bodytype and i have narrow hips and chubby face, i am right now at 127lb and i feel better, but i still want to get to 115. You defenetly motivated me, because i find that those last 10 pounds are so hard to drop!
