so did the wii EA active personal trainer and it kicked my tail I did over 1 hr and burned 410 cals per my polar watch and felt little naueous afterwards but I am thinking that is because have not had workout rountine and eating right since end of may but I want to lose some weight before my wedding anniversary even if it…

Re introduction
I fell off the band wagon and trying to get back to my goal of 120 currently at 128.8 was up to 134. My name is LIsa hoping to get to my goal before I leave to see my husband for 12 year anniversary next month

good weigh in today
I went from 124.2 to 123.6 not much in month but these last few lbs are killer ha. but I did drop body fat from 26 last month to 24.6 this month so it slowly going down so that is awesome news. my goal is to be at 20% by the end of the summer and possibly be at 120 goal I set from myself Jan 2008.

Sooooo excited!!
I joined new gym 24 hr fitness and that gym is so awesome inside!!! I am getting rid of my ballys membership in few weeks when I am done with my personal training sessions.

relization
I had this week as I was running on the treadmill is wow I like doing this makes me feel so good. it is use to be when I was heavier last year that I would work just to lose the weight and I hated every moment. but i last 1-2 mos it has become part of who I am and I feel so good about me finally.

size 4!!!
I went to walmart today with my hubby and girls and I tried on pair of faded glory capri shorts today and it was size 4!!! I have not worn size 4 since before I got married I just about cried and called few of my close friends today to tell them my good news:bigsmile:

I went from 27.4 body fat to 26 so that is good news. my goal for this month is to lose 2% bf and about 2 lbs last jan 2008 when I started losing weight I was 166.4 lbs an 38% bf and now April 2009 I am 124.2 lbs and 26 body fat so I am slowly but surely getting there!!

I am in the 120's I have not been this weight in years!!! on monday i weighed 123.8 I have been in the 120's probably good month but I have never been so happy!:tongue:

awesome feeling
since I have lost almost 45 lbs in 14 mos I have friends that actually have been coming to my house to work out with me I have giving them inspiration to work out and lose weight and tone up. Makes me feel so proud for them to come to me to lose weight and eat healthy. thanks for letting me share :tongue:

it got loose while exercising today and I burned almost 400 cals in that 1 hr but would the loose belt throw my calories burned?

best kind of shoes?
right now I have new balance shoes they seem ok or I wear pair of Nike but I would like to get good shoe for working out I noticed my feet burn while on my elpitcal not sure if that is my shoes or not

so proud of myself!!!
I been doing my elpitcal and today did 1 hr with 5 min intervals at 1 and then at 5 for that 1 hr. and I burned according to my HRM I burned 557 cals!!! Thanks for letting me share :bigsmile:

that video is so awesome!!! it is about 50 mins long and boy that one kicks my butt but afterwards I feel so refreshed. has anyone else tried that one yet. also like her video no more trouble zones they are both so great!!!! just wanted to share :tongue:

I noticed sometime s it loses my heart beat and slips does this mean I need to get tighter? also if it is not tight enough will calorie count be off? thanks.

my heart rate
ok my standing rate with polar f-6 was like 80-100 BPM and when I started my run today I do the wii fit for 30 mins in my living it jumps to over 200 BPM and I do not feel like I am really running hard or too fast Is that because I am not in good shape and the more I do exercises better it will get? thanks in advance!!!

I got it yesterday so i tried it out finally today and did wii fit 30 min run and burned 362 calories and did 12 min ab video and burned 77 so made me feel good to know how many actual cals I burned during workout!!!
