to figure out how many cals I can have day not sure what level to say I am? I am SAHM so I do go to job or anything

I put lowest level of 1200 would you think that would be right?

    Sounds right to me also..We are about the same weight with same goals...I work in an office and sit at a desk all day....although you probably burn more calories with staying at home. Cleaning the house and laundry is more activity than I get sitting at a desk
