I started using this site today to add my food for the day so my question is to lose weight do I need to make sure I don't go over my carbs?
I am going to start with exericing in the mornings for 30 mins

Yes, carbs are an important element to watch, however you can still lose weight as long as you stay within your calorie limit. Weight loss is a simple: Calories in must be less than calories out. Being healthy is different from losing weight though, so if you are here to improve your body and its functions, then staying reasonably within the ranges you are given is a good idea. :bigsmile:
