that video is so awesome!!! it is about 50 mins long and boy that one kicks my butt but afterwards I feel so refreshed.

has anyone else tried that one yet.

also like her video no more trouble zones they are both so great!!!!

  • I havent tried this yet i tried the 30day shred omg i did both circuits 2 days ago and still feel sore , she actually says during the video "ok i know you feel like your going to die" lol def intesne i love the 30day shred will try the others thanks

    I was thinking about trying her video out. 50 minutes is a good long time. Does it give an approx. calorie burn?

    How long are the other video's?

    Thanks for the post...I was wondering about these
    I've been doing the 30 day shred for almost 2 weeks
    I usually alternate between level 1 and 2 or will try both levels the same day
    They def. kick your butt. but I haven't noticed as much toning as I would have hoped...
