I have noticed

this week my heart rate when I doing my wii fit run does not get as high and along with my Jillian Michaels and I am loving it must be that I am getting stronger? I noticed lower the heart rate the less calories burn is this correct? went from over 800 in 1.5 hours to under 700 in the 1.5 hours. I did go from 30% fat to 45% so guess I am doing something right :)
