Hello! I'm a mother of 4 ages from 7months to 10 years. I had 4 c-sections and I can't seem to lose my lower belly fat any tips or ideas?

i thought the same thing about my hrm but after talking to my doc she said that its right. if you jogged in place to keep your heart rate up i see no problem with you burning 300 calroies. as far as yoga goes it really doesnt burn alot of calories

well I'm not off to a very good start. day 1: 1.47 miles day 2:0 i was not feeling well day 3: 1.64 miles ….total of 3.11 miles. im gonna pick up the pace i promise

how did you get your numbers on your ticker? it says your goal is 430 steps but thats not a mile..i was just wondering. thanks :-)

hello everyone I'm Amber. Im from Indiana. I am currently 6 months pregnant so walking and light workouts are all i can do at the moment. I'm excited about this challenge and good weather lol

i can't wait to start this. i am also ready for warm weather. my daughter (who's 5) always does these challenges with me. she loves to go for walks and she keeps me motivated. I'm currently 5 months pregnant. the doc said walking is great for me :-) good luck to everyone

a girl from my husbands work was trying to be mean and told me i looked 7 months pregnant and i got real upset and found this site that night.

I'm happy and shocked. i had my tubes tied last december so you can imagine how i felt finding out.

im in the same boat. i am 20lbs over weight or (my goal) and I've only gained 1-2 lbs since i found out i was pregnant but nothing fits anymore. this didn't happen with my other 3 until later in the pregnancy and its driving me crazy that i can't wear any of my clothes

ive only got about 4 other people other than me :( see how many people you guys can find. im going to make a group and try to get things set up but i would really like to more than 5 people but if thats what we go then we can go with it.

im doin 30ds to and a few girls that are on myfitnesspal told me that they have used a heart rate monitor and it shows the same thing as circuit training so thats how i log it. if ur doin 30ds u should add me we can help motivate each other

im pregnant to and i know when i weigh in it makes my girl look huge due to my height and weight. i do the free walk on the mornings i cant get out of the house and do my walking but my daughter wanted to do the cycling and we took turns just for fun and i realized i had been doing it for 24 mins and it never told me how…

thank you. this has been bothering me all morning and my husband told me it wasnt that big of a deal because at least i know my calories ive burnt but like i told him..it means something to me lol and well im 7 months pregnant and cry over everything so he just agreed with me and went on :)

im finally at 10lbs gained but im still not doing very good. i go back to the doc on fri so hope all goes well. with all the problems i have had we may have to have him early :(
