meal replacement shake tub of chobani greek yoghurt with chopped up banana and/or frozen berries plus chia seeds instant porridge (individual satchels so you don't go overboard) with banana egg white frittata (with carrot, zuchini, mushrooms, tomato, spinach - lasts a few days, make a big one & cut up)

Week 1: i lost 1.4kg! my exercise has stopped... i need to start walking but i keep making excuses :(
