Try switching your meals around a bit. Maybe eat breakfast last. I've tried that and I find it works well for me. I work a 14 hour night shift so I throw in a couple of snacks as well. I'm usually eating every 3 hours or so, alternating meal, snack, meal, snack, meal. Good luck!
