i'm totally game! i've gotten through level 2 and only started level 3 before but never completed it! right now i'm doing ripped in 30, next week is my last week but i'm not doing it every day so i'll start the shred on sunday with you ladies! also anyone feel free to add me :)

i'm starting the may challenge TODAY, decided not to wait until the 1st, if anyone is doing it or wants to join me please let me know, i could use all the support i can get :) especially because i just took three weeks off from exercising so AHHH HERE WE GO

yum, sounds delicious! i'll have to try it :) i often make my oatmeal with half a banana, cinammon, flaxseed, and maybe a little bit of vanilla. ooor berries of some sort and almonds! also great!

i'm at around 144-146 round now. i was originally just around 200 (five years ago) and re-started again at 176 in october. i would like to get to a comfortable 140 and then decide from there :) unfortunately for me i hold most of my weight in my stomach so i'm trying to focus on fat loss right now and building muscle :D

Have you tried Ripped in 30? It has four levels, rather than Shred's three levels, and I liked it a lot more! (way less boring, I know how hard it is to do the Shred the second time around!)

it's ON tomorrow! my goal is to do it first thing in the morning, NO EXCUSES! 3-4x a week i'm going to add some other sort of exercise as well, most likely pilates or yoga. :)

i liked ripped in 30 so so SO much more than 30 day shred! agreed about taking befores & afters and also checking in :)

yes!!! i would love to do this. i did ripped in 30 for a month and had amazing results, but i seem to be working out less and less as of late. i just did ripped in 30 one day this week and was really happy, but i'd love to get back into doing it consistently! SUNDAY IT IS!

wow, i was totally the same way - i'd convince myself, "oh well, i've already started, doesn't matter at this point" when in actuality it really, really does. i feel like i've had to totally transform my relationship with food, and this is reeeally a process! good luck with your goals this week :)
