  • i will mostly eat breakfast then log the cal.at that time i will pre log for lunch. Then i know to have what i already logged for lunch. Then i exercise after work and eat dinner then log again.
  • I think it is good idea that you log your work. Specially if you are a server running back and forth. I have done it and it is a tireing shifts as a bartender but becareful.
