What i MEAN IS that she might gain a couple of pounds because of building muscle during work out once muscle is made it starts burning more cal. and thus burning more fat. DUH.

just make sure to eat clean as well.

I think it sounds realistic but dont be suprise if you don't lose wieght on the scale so fast because your gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Once the muscle gets going should burn more fat. Lots of water, your goal seems realistic to me i would aim for 125 or 120 though.

Stretches/pilates. Nice hot bath relax and watch your diet. paint your toes but add a litlle yoga in there/pilates

it is sooo ture, infact i am exercising 6x's a week for the past 3 weeks just about and i feel so great. I am excited about my progress, it makes me keep going. Deff. with a positive attitude.

Do a five lbs. at a time goal and do weights and crunches/pilates and then see were you need to be. After that five lbs do another.

I weigh 238 and i am 5'6 size 16 rarley size 18. I have always said that even though i weigh a lot i have a lot of muscule. I am very strong too. I am working on losing the fat and gaining lean muscule. : )

most of the posts are inaccurate, Low weights and high reps tone because you are focusing your muscule to work harder using the actual muscule. Most people that do high lb weights are just lifting it for a breif moment. But when it is a lower weight you can focus your muscule group to lift and slowly raise up or down. Your…
