    GW was 125 but once I reached it,
    decided to get down to and maintain
    between 120-122. It took 4 months to reach my
    first goal weight, and then had a vacation,
    health issue and the holidays so never lost
    anymore. I'm back on track now and trying
    to work off those last few lbs, although I also
    am trying to tone up and gain muscle so it's more
    how things fit than a weight number.

    SW= 270 lbs (in late may 2011)

    CW= 229 lbs (as of beginning 2012)

    GW #1= 180 lbs (smallest i've been in my adult life)

    GW #2= 150 lbs (my 150 loos like a lot of people's 125/130)

    but who knows....i may get there and decide to go further....but i'll never give up my curves.....i want to be toned and much smaller....but my shape....i like

    The scale has stopped for me lately, but I'm still seeing results in the fit of my clothes. I'm on day 17 of 60 days of Insanity so I think that I'm building muscle & that's OK too :)
