I just looked at those numbers. It looks as if I lost all that weight since January 2012 when I joined MFP. Actually, I've been working on the weight loss since June 2010. I plateaued a year ago in February 2011 and ended up gaining about 12 pounds back over the past year. Since January 2012, I have dropped 12 pounds and am back to where I plateaued a year ago. With renewed focus, I am going strong!0

Well, I decided to start losing weight when I reached my heaviest of 189lbs (13 stone 7lbs) last year in March. SO, uh wow, that was basically only one year ago.. And although I've stumbled so, so, SO many times, I've just learned to pick myself up over and over again. I'm quite happy with my body now. I simply wish to become healthier, and fitter... I NO longer see it as losing weight. I'm gaining strength.
