As for the claim to reduce water weight. That is just a ploy to get people hooked on the product because they see initial success. Its not wonder drug and there is no substitute for hard work. Your body needs that water for its functions. Building and repairing muscle being on of them.

Those pills have a lot of extra junk in them. http://www.mega-diet.com/water-pill.shtml Why not just drink the tea? Make some the night before or something and get a nalgene bottle, fill her her to the top, dash of lemon juice, and boom. Tea all day long.

coffee has ton times more antioxidants and around double caffeine then green tea. As far a pills goes, I hate them. I only take vitamin c and my multi vitamin ( 2 pills total ) in the mourning with breakfast. I dont drink coffee everyday. Mostly just thusdays, thursdays, and sundays. I drink mine black. IMO tea is better.…

Ya eating more food in the form of carbs allows your body to store the energy in the form of glycogen. It surrounds the muscles with the energy and water. That is why after people "carb up" you get extra energy. Runners do it before a big race and lifters, like myself use it to get that extra bit of energy on big lift…

In my opinion chocolate alone will not make you gain weight as you sleep as long as you do not go over your calories for the day. To your body a calorie is a calorie. If you eat at your goals on a deficit you will lose weight. Low calorie diets have their research and studies and do contain some validity. But I like to hit…

If you eat at your macros you would only gain fat if you goal was to gain fat. If you bulking and you eat rate on your macros you will gain some fat due to a surplus of calories. Not just because you had a protein shake.

Safe? Food is food your body does not care if it comes from a plate or a shaker.
-
10 shakes 100 Shakes 0 Shakes. Makes no difference. Its if you are hitting your protein macros. Your ratios should be custom some where in the ranges of 45/35/20 carbs/protein/fats. Just Protein shakes don't build muscle IMO take your bodybuilding questions to bodybuilding(dot)com

It does not matter. What really matters is the total for the day.

140ish not counting protein shakes and BCAA shakes.

If you jump rate from a 500 cal deficit to a maintaining calories it might shock your body. If you happy where you are at Id slowly go back to to your maintenance.
