me too.. i find i have to cook it the night before and then microwave it in the morning. last week i decided to get up 15 mins earlier than usual so I would have time to eat it before I leave for work.

I have PCOS and I had a miscarriage in September. (FYI I conceived naturally!) I really think that its been alittle easier to lose since then. I am not back to my pre pregnancy weight yet but I'm getting there.

Thanks everyone. My hubby and I talked it out. Too many times the last few years so we think its time to get it fixed surgically.

Up intil yesterday morning, I was working out at the gym for 1.5 hrs a day/4 days a week. I thought my physical therapy helped the last time. All I did was sit down to use the restroom and now im back to square one. Most of my family is telling me to just put up with it but they aren't in my shoes. I'm tired of my back…

If you had chicken pox, you can get shingles so it doesn't matter what age. The doctor will give you an antibiotic to get rid of them. Its painful, I know. I had them in May and got them from a steroid I was taking for sciatica in my back.
