ive been going there for a year and a couple months now its a great place to get your workout on! mine is in escondido the only thing that might not be ok is if it is packed it steamy.the other thing is if your triing to use heavy weights i dont think the dumbells go over 50lb's other than that great machines ,good classes…

the biggest think i hate at the gym is people doing everything but not working out ! usually on there i phones playing or texting they can do all the talk text and game playing outside!

next time you should let them know cause they probably thought doing what they want is ok and that its not rude .ive had that happen alot in the circit room at my gym if they are not doing it in some sort of order i let um know and they usually say they didnt know how the room works and i havent ever had a bad responce…

? what is an arc trainer? i use an eliptical that changes hieght for your step and go level 25 at 85 % hieght so it feels like a bike but standing 30-60min a day 3 times a week for endurance. The only thing that keeps me away from unhealthy food is keeping buisy till im tired than i dont think about the good stuff and if im making unhealthy good food i make enough for everyone but myself and give it to the everyone but myself and make sure i eat something good prior to makeing it.

no its not you can do it you just gotta keep motivated a big help is to plan your eating and exercise out for the whole day a day ahead and stick to even through holidays and family dinner or dine outs
