Lots of topics on protein shakes on this site. I use Body By Vi and get mine free. I drink a shake for breakfast as a meal replacement and then after workouts to repair the torn muscles. Yummy!! Do a search for Protein shakes and you will get a lot of results.:smile:

Wow! 71 lbs.!! Congrats!! Body By Vi shakes definitely change your body shape even without exercise!! I only lost 10 lbs. during my 90 day challenge but I lost a pants size! WooHoo!! I did 30 DS and LOVED it. I also have Ripped in 30 but haven't done it. I got to a bootcamp 3 x's a week and the workout is INTENSE. I wanted something for two additional days but just haven't been motivated to do it on the other days. Hopefully this will be the kick in the butt I need. Thanks for creating this challenge!!

The only thing that works for me is counting calories. That way I know exactly what is going into my body and what I'm burning by exercising. Have you measured? Have you taken your before photos? Photos and measurements are sooo VERY important!! The scale is not moving at all for me but I have lost inches and a pants size. You are looking good - Keep up the good work and take a few measurements - you will be glad you did.
