I'm a bookkeeper and I love it. Wish I'd finished college and gotten my accounting degree. I just started my own home business. Slow start but looking forward to where it takes me. Good luck whatever you decide!

Like several others have said - more confidence, more energy, etc. Love that I can buy clothes in the regular section not the plus size. The BEST part is when my grandson says "Run MaeMae run!" I can actually run and chase him without stopping 2 seconds later feeling like I'm going to die!

You should not go below 1200 calories. Your body goes into starvation mode. Keep your body guessing - one day 1200, one day 1300, next day 1200, etc. Good luck!!

Diet pills are not going to help you change your lifestyle. Unless you change your lifestyle the weight loss will not stick. I have used them before and gained back everything I lost PLUS more! This time I am doing it with a healthy diet and exercise. It has been a slow process but an effective one. Good Luck to you!
