You're AWESOME!!

I get mine from the good will! CHEAP, and if you're still losing, you might as well pay next to nothing for them, and save your money for those new pairs.

I've never seen a success story with pics like this LOL!! Simply amazing, you look awesome!!

I think once they see how dedicated you are, it will get them thinking about their choices! You might find a few in the group that will do it with you :) I was hanging out with a new group of friends since I've moved... when I told them that I entered a competition and trying to win money so I could give to charity, they…

This :) My husband and I do all the time, my kids know better. My kids are generally well behaved & if they do get into confrontations there is no offensive language involved. I teach my kids about the world around them, current events etc. Things they really don't teach in school. That is what I'd be more concerned about.…

You may have a gluten intolerance, have you tried gluten free? I only eat 1/4 cup cooked steel cut oats in the morning, then a brown rice tortilla for lunch. The rest I get through beans, sweet potatoes, fruits and veggies. I feel great without gluten!

LOL!!

an egg or greek non fat plain yogurt
-
-
I do the 8 point push ups, I don't do the burpees (the jumping + bad knee = not good)
-
Also, Okios nonfat greek plain yogurt - good for evening snacks. it's 80 cals though, but you could eat about 1/2 of the cup and stay under 50. It's really filling. The cup is 5.3oz
-
Eat some veggies then, it's too late so you shouldn't have starchy carbs right before bed :) and I'm glad it's only one more day for you :flowerforyou:

1/4 cup of cooked steel cut oats, under 50 cals. Good luck finding anything else that's under 50 cals AND filling. Somethings that aren't filling are lots of different veggies. Kale is one of the most nutrient dense greens and is low in calories. It won't keep you full for very long. Sounds like a restrictive diet, you may…

Ok, just to counter what someone else posted that stronglifts link... I do this for FREE and every day is a different exercise. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-trainer.html

I've seen hula hoop, Friday happy dance. My personal favorites; caring for farm animals (that's cleaning the chicken coop) and just to be funny + ridiculous; shoveling dog $h*t! LOL

raw octopus, in Japan. The taste was ok but I couldn't get past the texture

You can try cutting out gluten, lowering your gluten or cutting it out completely from your diet helps with spasticity. Many people with neurological disorders benefit from a gf diet. My son and I are on one :)

Monitor your potassium levels and make sure you're getting enough of that. I have a friend with RLS who said it is another symptom of a more serious condition - something to do with the cardiovascular system, so PLEASE get to a doc as soon as you can!

Go a month without having them, when you're tempted eat some then you'll feel awful the next day, not just from the guilt, but all the refined sugar will turn you into a monster. As long as I keep this in mind, I don't crave them. I remind myself how physically and mentally awful it makes me feel. I had to give up anything…

Make sure you're getting enough potassium, and protein too! Not enough protein and your body will burn the muscle
-
I tried staying under my sugar goal, which was nearly impossible once you eat a sweet potato and a banana - by then I was over all the time. It was pointless, and I didn't have a whole lot of energy. If most of your sugars are from fruit and veggies, no worries :)
-
In case anyone else didn't know about this, it's good to take whey and casein (if you don't have an allergy to them) casein is a slow digesting protein.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-trainer.html I'm on week 7, it's a 12 week trainer, breaks down nutrition, exercises for each day. It's free too. I love it.

ridiculously old people who shouldn't be operating a motor vehicle

I'd take the advice of someone who has a real profile pic, who has results to show.

The scale for me hasn't moved in weeks (almost 8 weeks now!)... but my clothes are starting to fit nicely. Keep at it, don't give up, be consistent and be patient, it will pay off!!

Never been the same weight (close though) and it was to the point where my kids were helping me sort the laundry and they put my pants in the pile with my husband's clothes. When I told them those were my pants, their argument was that they held them up to the other pair (his pair) and the waist was the same width.…

I could care less how other people look at the gym, usually I've got my music blaring in my earphones and I'm "in the zone" to kick some *kitten*. My *kitten* that is :) I look like crap going in the gym, and I look even worse coming out. I don't G.A.F. I am there for ME. If I'm there to impress anyone, it's gonna be MY…

I've had a serious knee injury and went through a total of 3 yrs. physical therapy, practically learning how to walk again. I have atrophy in my quadricep so lunges and step ups are difficult for me as my other leg compensates for the weakness of the other. Take your time and stretch your legs really good (good to do this…
