I met my husband June 13, we were engaged August 6, and we were married September 12. This was all in 1997, it happened pretty fast! We are still very happily married almost 14 and a half years later with two kids. He was 24 and I was 18 at the time.

I have never tried water aerobics. My doctors have recommended it but I can't afford it. The only place I could find that does it fairly close by charges $97 a month. I have also been restricted from driving because of my arm. I will check into seeing a naturopath. I think if I can get started it will help my pain levels…

Thank you so much! I am going to try to find a healthier balance. My problem will be mostly with fruits. I hate all fruits. I have tried many times to make myself eat them but I just them all disgusting. Thanks for all your wonderful suggestions. I will try the gluten free bread. Michelle

I walk on my treadmill with a 10-15% incline for 10-15 minutes each day. Sometimes I ride my exercise bike or do Just Sweat 2. I am starting slower on the exercise because of my health issues. I did notice that yesterday the app said I had 549 calories remaining and that I needed to eat more. That would put me at 1749 calories for the day and that seems like a lot! I had a hard time eating 1175, there is no way I could eat 1749. I think this week I am going to try to up my calories to 1400 and see what happens.…

I know part of my problem is the types of food I am Eatting. My plan is to find the right number of calories and then start changing the types of things I eat. I am def not pregnant. If I burn 200 calories exercising, how many should I eat? I was thinking that 1200 was the number you should aim for when trying to lose. Yesterday I ate 1175 and burned 524 calories. This is not a typical day. Usually I burn between 180 and 200. My goal is to burn 200.

The past week I have been walking on the treadmill or riding my exercise bike. The last two days I have been using Just Dance 2 for the Wii. I really wanted to do P90 but there is too much stuff on it I couldn't do. I don't know what else to try.
