Not quite fluent yet, but I've studied Quechua and Choctaw.

Can you call your doctor and express your concerns? Perhaps there's a reasonable explanation that you're not aware of???
-
I have the exact same problem, and I'm usually the only person who notices.
-
I'm sorry to read that you're suffering such frequent attacks. :frown: The only medication that works for me is Relpax, and only then if I take it at the very first moment I notice one coming on.

I've learned so much about food and nutrition. Before MFP I only paid attention to calories, but now I know why carbs, protein, and fats and other nutrients are important. It's completely changed the way I choose food, and it's made it much easier to see food as fuel instead of as a recreational activity.

I had my hair bleached before (going from very dark brown), and I didn't experience much damage at all. I followed my stylist's advice of using a deep conditioning treatment weekly, never brushing my hair when it was wet, washing every other day, and staying away from heat styling (blow dryer, curling iron) as much as…

New running shoes. Unbeknownst to me, my old ones were worn out.I was a beginner runner back then and didn't know you had to replace them!! :embarassed:

Chips, crackers, and alcohol.
-
That's so great that you were able to indulge yourself and compensate with exercise!!!! :drinker:
-
Why? I'm not judging you; I'm genuinely curious. If I only ate once per day, I wouldn't be able to maintain my exercise regimen.
-
Seriously?
-
I eat at 6, 10, noon, 2, 4, and dinner (whenever that ends up being). Anywhere from 100 to about 300 calories each time, except dinner which is usually more. Feel free to take a look at my diary if you want food ideas.

You mentioned that you were fitted a year ago. Are you still running in those shoes? If you've been running regularly in them for a year, it's likely time for a new pair. Running shoes typically only last for 300-500 miles. After that, the support breaks down and makes you prone to injuries.
