I'm about the same weight and having the same issue... Honestly I'm not stressing tho because I figure the scale will eventually catch up. I feel better and my close fit better, so if the scale still reads 224 for another 2 months but I can get into a smaller size & look better than so be it... Edited: I enjoy the feeling…

I have the FT7 and it has only worked twice in the month I have owned it, I also got ahold of Polar yesterday and they are sending me a new transmitter :(

The main reason I am wanting something is calorie burn. I have contacted Polar and they are sending me a new transmitter for my HRM, so hopefully I can get that working, but it would still be nice to have something to wear all day to track calories burned for daily activity.

If I'm "Spring Cleaning" to the point that I'm scrubbing everything in the house and sweating like a pig then yes I count it, normal straightening up, NO. Yard work I count if my heart rate is up... Shopping, no I don't count. Like someone else said, If I need to shower when I'm done then yes I count it...

I agree - JUST DO IT! I'm 225 and started running in my neighborhood when the weather broke a couple weeks ago. I just put in my ear buds and ignore everyone :) I'm slow as a snail & I jiggle now, but guaranteed someday I wont and they can all just kiss my *kitten*! LOL

I put chicken & spinach leaves on mine. I use Newman's own Italian dressing made with Olive oil, it has very little sugar and I put it in a small cup and just dip my fork every bite. I find I only use half a serving this way.
