Is that like an energy drink? those drinks are VERY bad for you- specifically your heart. Does it have alot of caffiene it it? if so that would explain the shaking... how about carbs or protein before your work out?

i have a little pouch/over hang, from one baby..then another WITH a c-section scar.. i can just now see the scar without "lifting" anything! all i have been doing is exercising- alot of cardio, and it has gotten smaller. good luck!

15 minute stationary bike ride...and a slim fast :)

i do zumba twice a week on mondays and fridays.. during the rest of the week its stationary bike, treadmill, and xbox boxing/dance central :) my own personal gym at home lol

i try not to eat after 7 pm - i get off work and home by 5pm..get a quick workout in, cook dinner for the family.. another workout..THEN BED!! lol

dont get discouraged! Sometimes the scale doesnt show changes, but your body is improving everyday you are eating better and exercising! i was stuck at a weight for 2 weeks, but my scrub top for work was loose so i KNOW there was a difference even if the scale didnt show it! kepp up the good work, it will pay off!!

i to am NOT a fan of water... i fill up a big cup and drink through a straw during the day when im at work..ive found that helps, and i drink more that way too.

i am the same way. definitely addicted to food...it is very hard. sometimes i feel like i try sooo hard, and im eating soo good, and when i dont get results, i will eat something that i know i shouldnt...and then overdo it..then of course i get upset about it. Being on here definitely helps to hold people accountable tho.…
