  • I just figured out what I was doing wrong. I was not using the recipe builder I was using meal builder and it wouldn't let me divide it into servings. Thanks so much everyone for your help. I got it..
  • I must not be explaining it right. I added everything through the scanner and it's not letting me divide it into servings. And I added each ingredient as a container so it added all the calories for each thing.
  • it's 4,074 calories for the whole meal not grams..

  • depleting carbs actually gave me anxiety. You can google anxiety and see that healthy carbs are good for anxiety. Just eat good ones. A bowl of oatmeal can do wonders for anxiety.
  • If you aren't eating enough carbs that can make it worse. Everytime I tried to do a low carb diet I would have horrible anxiety. Just make sure you are eating good carbs.   • yes I'm doing it. Mondays and Thursdays are my fast days. That's actually how I'm losing my weight. it's worth trying!!! Check out their facebook page. Lots of people on there. today is one of my fast days.
  • I totally agree. Obviously they aren't true friends if they bring you down instead of up. Dump them and take care of yourself. If you don't no one else will!!!
  • I just wanted to say good for you!!!! Sounds like you got something good going. I recently quit WW because I felt like why was I paying for someone to tell me what to do when I know what I have to do. I just need to do it lol. MFP I feel is just as good and it's free. Keep up the great work!!!!
