PW: 239 CW: 239 Bummer. I didn't lose anything this week but I haven't been keeping up with logging my food and getting my water in. I guess it's back to the basics again. Hopefully that will get results again.

PW: 241 CW: 239 2 lb. loss. Back on track after poor results last week. I'm happy with a 2 lb. loss. I tried a Zumba workout this past week and really enjoyed it! Go Green!

PW: 241 CW: 241 I didn't lose any weight but I didn't gain any either. This is the first week I haven't lost anything but I know I'll have a loss next week. I hope everyone else had a good week.

Don't worry about it. I was up last week and this week I'm down 2 lbs. Try to stay focused; it happens to everyone. This week will be better!

PW 245 CW 243 I've increased my exercise some this week and each week am making small improvements. I'm not stressing cause these are lifetime changes and these baby steps will eventually add up to BIG improvements in my life. My mantra is still, "Perseverance Not Perfection" GO GREEN!

Sounds like you had a really challenging day but you kept going and got through it. Better still, you lost 6 lbs this week!!! That is totally awesome. Remember it's perseverance not perfection. I had knee surgery a month ago so I'm limited right now on how much exercise I can do. Yesterday I took a 15 min. walk. Today I got in 20 minutes; 10 on a stationary bike and 10 on a treadmill. I'm just taking baby steps and trying to increase a little each time. It's more than I…
