 So true.

I've found that Hershey's kisses are good for chocolate cravings. A serving size is NINE kisses, which in my mind, seems like a lot more than, say, one candy bar. So if I decide I'm eating chocolate, I log the calories first, divvy out my 9 kisses, and put the bag away. When I'm done, I'm done. The calories are already…

I almost thought he was going to say "There's an app for that.."

I'm in too! Hopefully the DVDs arrive by the 1st. I bought them on Amazon yesterday :) I've been exercising with Zumba for the past 2 months. I'm interested to see how my body likes these videos! Please feel free to friend me if you're also going on this journey :)

Hmm...not seeing the pics... FANTASTIC job! You've worked hard, and it shows in your health. Congratulations on your achievements, and keep up the great work!

If you can't fit the fiber into your diet, you can always take metamucil or a natural fiber supplement.

This is hilarious and awesome. Bump! :D

I have a set spending rate for that every week, so it would be nothing special.

Wow, thanks for the insider buying tip! If I decide on the HRM, I'll definitely do this.

That is a great idea. I do not live in an area where I can ski, but winter hiking gear would be nice. My main exercise regime right now is Zumba, though..maybe I should get some Zumba gear...

Yes, that is a concern for me. (I'm already 2 pant sizes smaller). Shirts, on the other hand, do not change. I have two huge sisters on the chest, so until I lose a significant about of weight (I'm thinking down to about 170-175) I will not go from a XL to L. Everyone seems to like the HRM..

Straight from the website - The Polar FT60 is "For committed exercisers" Wow. Heady description... lol

Haha, that's pretty funny. I just got my Galaxy SII Skyrocket a couple months ago (for $9.99 online!) and I'm totally in love.

I have a weight system, treadmill, and elliptical where I'm living now. I may be moving soon, so that could change. But honestly, I don't use the equipment. I've been using Zumba DVDs for my exercise regime. On the other hand...maybe I should buy the first season of Game of Thrones...

Is this the wrong post to say that I hate coffee? :grumble:  I'm more of a caffeine-soda drinker. Grew up with it in the house. I find that drinking a lot of water helps alleviate the migraines. Eventually, your body gets used to the lack of caffeine. It shouldn't take long. :glasses:

Thanks for your input! Luckily, I've got the pampering covered - I also received a spa gift card, which I fully intend to use!

Dog....milk? Umm.. Yes, even though I'm a dairy fanatic, it's not really meant for us. In fact, our last evolutionary change was the ability to drink milk from other animals - that is one of the reasons why there are so many lactose-intolerant people out there. If you really want dairy that is "naturally" similar (such as…

Thanks Claudia, you are as well! :)

30? So bad at this...

Cows are eating a lot of corn and other byproducts (sugar slurries) from other food manufacturing. It's not healthy for the cows, and it's not healthy for us. But it's kind of hard to avoid the nasties of food production - malnourished meats, pesticide-laden fruits and vegetables, and corn - lots and lots of corn.…

I consider myself hot AND sexy! :blushing: Maybe it's because I just finished reading Fifty Shades...:ohwell:

Honestly true. Luckily, you can still eat nachos on a diet. It's all about moderation - a very un-consumerism concept!
