I started over 80 pounds overweight, and would NOT go to the gym. I go to a small private gym now, but I worked my way up to it. I started exercising with Zumba DVDs in my basement. I could do about 15 minutes a couple times a week. They have Zumba GOLD for older individuals, and doing that for 15-20 minutes a couple times…

29 pounds. Five pant sizes. I was snug in a size 20 plus/women's, now I fit comfortably in a regular/misses size 14. It's all in how you hold your weight. I would love to lose more in the bust area!!

I was so sick all the time I couldn't tell how sick I really was. In fact, even after losing 28lbs and minimizing the bingeing, I'm proba STILL am sick. That's my guesstimate, since I'm still obese. Its amazing but I ate past the point of uncomfortable every day. It was the norm for me.

I'm surprised at how TAME these binges are....I used to order in enough Chinese food, Dominos, or Mediterranean food for a family of five or six and eat it all, plus calorie-laden drinks, and that was just dinner...earlier in the day I would snag down an entire box of ice cream or bag of full-sized Reese's. I remember…

Good point! Never thought of it that way :)

There is nothing wrong with my trainer, quick to judge guys, those are my own words! We have free weights at my gym, so I'll ask her about it. :)

Take your weight loss one day at a time. Patience is the best weight loss tool. No one gains all their excess weight in a month. Don't expect to lose it all in a short timeframe. My other tip? Find an exercise you like to do, so that you'll do it! It doesn't matter how many calories you burn just get used to doing what you…

I haven't lost quite 100 lbs yet, but my goal is VERY similar to yours. I started at 246.5lbs, and my goal weight is 150. I weighed in at 218.5lbs this morning, and I am five pants sizes smaller than when I started. I didn't do anything crazy to spur the weight loss. In fact, I started by just logging calories. Every…

It's an American clothing store! You can Google them for more info.

candra88, No typo - I really weight 219lbs, and I am really comfortably wearing a size 12 (I wore them all day today, much to my delight!). It's quite possible that, due to vanity sizing, the size 12 jeans that I bought (I bought two pairs from two different companies) are not the same size 12 pants that you're eyeing. I…

Nothing fancy! I made an effort to stop binge eating. I'm much better than I used to be; not perfect, but better I also started tracking and motivating myself via MyFitnessPal. started exercising a couple days a week (Zumba DVDs) and worked my way up to 6-7 days a week. Since my new job in mid-October, I haven't been…

I called BodyMedia to resolve the issue. I inherited my mom's BodyMedia this week, and wanted to connect it to my long-standing MFP account. I was not seeing the link in the App Gallery. The reason I did not "see" the MyFitnessPal app in the gallery is because certain "group databases" do not have access to the…

Hahaha, yes, I would take Kellan Lutz, Chris Evans, Matt Bomer, or Channing Tatum gladly...add all four to my list!!

I started 30DS over 226 pounds with 3 pound weights. I'm now 223. I listened to my body and took off when needed. I reached level 2 27 days after starting level 1. I started out losing about 270 cals a session. Now I lose about 230 cals a session. Friend me if you like, I'm still working my way to level 3!

I dislike: The cold. Spending a lot of money (I don't have) buying new clothes every month. And an unusual one, that most women will scoff at: My boobs are NOT shrinking. At ALL. I am a 40F, some shrinkage would sure be nice!

According to this calculator: http://www.calculator.net/body-type-calculator.html?bustsize=47.5&bustsizeunit=inch&waistsize=39&waistsizeunit=inch&hipsize=42&hipsizeunit=inch&x=64&y=10 ....I am a banana. Punchline: I am 47.5-39-46.5.
