I just recently had a root canal and I was SO scared, especially after reading horror stories online haha...but when I went in it was absolutely fine, I didn't have any pain and they give you anesthetic as well as pain medication. Don't worry!

I am a fan of Insanity. It is a really hard workout, but I always felt really good afterwards and I felt like it definitely made a difference. Plus, I actually enjoyed that Insanity didn't require any weights : )

I've found Jergens Natural Glow Revitalizing Daily to be good and it doesn't look streaky/unnatural. The only issue with it was that I found the smell to be a little odd, but I know some people that loved the smell. I would recommend trying it besides that though, it is only about $8 and lasts a long time
