  • So not a capricorn thing...because I never make the bed. no one ever sees it but us and it actually makes me feel a little uncomfortable. my husband doesn't care either way.
  • "Mexican hot chocolate" (Hot chocolate with cinnamon and cayenne) sounds so good right now. I've seen abuelita in stores but i've never tried it.
  • I don't drink, so I can't make the comparison; but I find it very filling and sometimes it's all i'll have for breakfast (I usually go for 14-16oz). The potassium in it is great though, because it helps with water retention as it offsets your sodium. :)
  • way out of our price range. :[
  • i can feel my ribs sticking out right now, so i know how you feel. they're huge. infact, if they didn't stick out so much, my entire front would look so much smaller. i've managed to lean in such a way that my ribs don't bother me too much when sleeping. but the hips are just...a mess.
  • Well I really don't know anything about the surgery, so i'm certainly not prepared to make any kind of a decision. the mattress that we have was the only one that I found comfortable...and i tried them all. but the pillow tops and plush mattresses were too soft and the memory foam was too hard. apparently I am…
  • Our bed is pretty new and we have a good quality mattress, so I don't think that is the problem.
  • yes roadrunner tested all that. they put me on the foot machine and had me run on a treadmill. it was an interesting process, i didn't think much of it but it seemed to work because I ended up with wonderful shoes.
  • I haven't, because I don't even know what doctor I would talk to about it, or how to bring it up.
  • it's the only store i've been to that has that service. :\ i would totally buy these shoes again though, and whenever they do wear out, i'll be buying another pair. maybe it's worth the trip? roadtrips are fun. well...unless you're driving from New Jersey to Florida then...not so much,
  • I'm researching surgical bone shaving...which i didn't know existed until today. it sounds ridiculous but it's absolutely maddening. i just want to make them not stick out, so i can sleep on my side without a problem. Nowadays i find myself rolling from side to side trying to figure out which side hurts less.
  • they've actually stuck out for years, long before I lost weight. it just didn't bother me because I slept on my back. I'm 5'7 and I don't have low body fat. I just have weird bones :\ my husband says my bone structure is germanic, which I don't agree with because other parts of me are really small (my extremities).
  • do you have a roadrunner in your area? i went there and they put me on the foot machine that directed me which shoes would be best for my feet. it's almost a year later and i'm still using the same shoes (nike) but they are sooo comfortable. no more pain or blisters for me.
  • oh it won't end, and if you think it's going to I've got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. I'm not going out that day because people are freaking insane enough as it is and I don't need to die because of other peoples stupidity (psychosis).
  • I'm 5'7 and my wrists are small...maybe 5-6" i haven't measured them. But what's worse is my hands look like a child's. they have not grown since I was 11 or 12. :( people make fun of them a lot.
  • for me, i never admit it. when they ask, I want to hide. it's incredibly embarrassing. i don't know why but i've always felt that way.
  • please avoid unfermented soy...which is about 95% of the soy found in the US, including Soymilk, Soy "meats", Tofu, etc. the list of Fermented ("safe") soy is much shorter. Unfermented soy is toxic to the body.
  • hey I sent you a request, don't know if you'll accept it or not though.
  • HATE IT. But I LOVE Low Sodium Tomato Juice.
  • you can't juice bananas...they don't have any juice.
  • I have hashimoto's. I was diagnosed at 18...so almost 10 years ago. I've had great success with MFP, perhaps not as rapidly as other people, but i'm really proud of myself.
  • Big Bang Theory, Bones, and Shark Tank. With repeats of Roseanne and Friends :)
  • I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were a pringle. What's it like to live life as a chip?
  • I've considered getting a lift, once i'm done with my journey, so that my clothes fit better. A lift is not 90 surgeries. 90 is excessive and very extreme. If someone wants to get implants, that's their choice, and again, it's not 90 surgeries.
  • Don't you dare tell me what I should say. You are not in my head, therefore you did not know my intentions when creating this thread. You didn't "call anyone out" - what is this, grade school? If I think something is TRAGIC I will refer to it as such. The fact that you think you are so above everyone else that you can tell…
  • I'm not bashing his appearance at all. Did I say HE is repulsive physically? Show me where I said that. I am REPULSED by the fact that he feels the need to do that to himself. So yes, it really does "speak to my character" since I never speak about someone's physical appearance, EVER. never have, never will.
  • pringles are disgusting. they're about as natural as instant potatoes, both of which are made from dehydrated potatoes. ew.
  • Hail to the Princess Aurora.
  • I love my Eat Smart! food scale, and they have great customer service. if anything goes wrong with it, they send you a new one. it's a really great scale and it has helped me tremendously. I weigh EVERYTHING.…
