Welcome. Living off of subway and smart ones is not healthy or sustainable. Both are loaded with sodium. Make your own foods, the healthy way. Use a food scale and log everything. I personally limit my sodium to 1,800 mg a day, because it makes me retain water.

Well no, the site did not lead to hurting someone that you love, you did that all on your own. You are responsible for your choices and actions, not a website. Sorry that you're leaving, but again, it's not the fault of the website. Feel free to come back once you've got your life in order.

Well, someone took this photo of one of my eyes awhile back. They were kind of obsessed with irises. It's pretty close up.
-
Well...at least you can apply it. I have never worn eyeliner because I can't get it on my eye. All I do is flinch and end up jabbing myself in the eye. big fun

I'm really disappointed. The exercise bike I am getting, as far as I know, only displays "revolutons" and "revolutions per minute" instead of distance/miles. I don't know how I'll figure out 1000 miles based on revolutions.

By make a new program, do you mean change the challenge? it's not my challenge, so I wouldn't be able to change it...it was started by someone else, but my goal is 1000 miles...and that's what i'd like to do. So you're saying...if I went 10mph for 30 minutes....and did 10,000 revolutions....i would do 5/10,000 and then my…

Because I'm going to be doing a mileage challenge......so I need to know how far I've gone each time I use it, that way I can figure out when I've reached my goal.

The distance will be in revolutions...I need the actual miles.

You could buy an interchangeable kettle bell.....it will allow you to increase the weight as you get stronger. I know you said you can't afford to buy equipment, but I've seen them for as low as $10-15 on sale,

If it only displays revolutions (which I guess is what they mean by distance) that does not help me at all. here is someone's review: Bad form, Proform. Distance in revolutions?!! ★ ★ ★ " But the worst: the distance is measured in revolutions. Proform needs to add a conversion to their manual so I can do the math on how…

really, that's all? Okay I feel fairly incompetent right about now. But that would also mean I would have to maintain the exact same speed the whole time...I usually start off at one speed and then keep progressing until I've reached my maximum.

we drove from NJ to Disney world in november.....crazy trip, about 2100 miles there and back. We're getting an exercise Bike/Elliptical on tuesday, so I guess I will Bike my way back to Disney world. :) From here to Disney world is like 1100 miles...or so, but I guess I'll make it an even 1000?

Trader Joes has 45 calorie tortillas..they're labeled "low carb" and they are taco sized.

Chadomaniac: I don't go for the whole brauny muscley type, so it's not you - it's me. My husband used to talk about wanting to be "diesel" or whatever, but I find bulging muscles kind of creepy. sorry.

My goal is customized to 1,800 mg of Sodium and I try my hardest to never go over that

Unfortunately, it's not just on this site. it's pretty much everywhere. As a lover of all people, gay or straight, and a fellow inhabitant of this planet, I find it incredibly insulting as well. :\

I make chia pudding all the time.... You can blend the almond milk and dry chia seeds in the Vitamix. That way the pudding will be smooth and silky, once it sets.
