  • I think it's perfectly fine! I'll sometimes do 2 in a row. I start with level 3 then do level 1 or 2 right away after. It's nice to get the hardest one over with first. If you've been working out for a while and are in decent shape, I don't see any problem with it!
  • Right now, it takes me about 10 minutes. When I was in good shape, I could do it in around 7-7:30. I think for a beginner, 9-10 minutes is a good goal to start with. 11 is a great start! You'll only get faster. I'm just starting to get back into running. It's much harder that I remember!
