  • Today was my day 11. First day of level 2.
  • First day of level 2 today. Sweated my butt off. I stuck with it though. I had to modify a couple of the plank position moves but I think I like level 2. I was starting to get bored with level 1. Oh those squat - V arm raises...my shoulders were on fire! :)
  • Day 11: I took my measurements again and lost a 1/2 inch in waist and thighs. I've also lost a little over a 1 lb since starting the 30DS. :)

  • I'm starting level 2 on Thursday. Like the others I had soreness from day 2 through 4 or 5, mostly in my thighs. I worked through it. Once my body was warmed up I wasn't as sore. Good luck. Let us know how you do the first few days. If you want another friend feel free to add me. :)
