origami... I even carry paper in my purse to pass the time while waiting at places like the dr's office

I live in Washington, if I didn't run in the rain I don't know when I would run. I even ran in the snow last week... but EVERYTHING was closed and I needed out of the house! I got strange looks but I looked back at them like I was making lemons out of lemonade :)

I didn't want to do a Zumba class either for fear of every one looking at me, but now I am at Zumba classes 4-5 days a week. I have found that they have helped my confidence out so much. :) Plus, nobody is watching you, everybody is focusing on their own own workout, and if they are watching you SHOW THEM WHATCHYA…
