I am up at 4am or 5am, depending on my work schedule. I've tried them all. Weight Watchers, South Beach, Atkins, "The Metabolism Miracle". I even went on a liquid diet about 15 years ago, lost a lot of weight and then promptly gained it all back quickly. The only thing that has worked for me is the old-fashioned way. Chick Fil A Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich. It's 440 calories, a bit of a splurge but it is very filling and satisfying. I usually have a side salad with it. NO waffle fries though!! :)
