  • I agree with some of the others that P90X is more difficult on the raod, howver you can do about 90% of the exercises on P90X if you have one (or a few) of the rubber stretchy bands. That would get you pretty close to the same effect on a lot of the exercises. I did Insanity last spring (Love it!). Hard. but so worth it.…

  • Hi Missy! My biggest piece of advice is to find something active every day. Even if its just chasing the kiddo's around the yard, or gardening. It's better than nothing!   • I also track cooking oil, but if I use cooking SPRAY then I don't track it. I use the Olive Oil cooking spray.
