I am 6' 264 lbs and I wear pants that are 36/32. When I started last year I was wearing 48/32, so I am happy so far. I want to fit into 32/32.

Most of us that are serious about weightlifting have always consumed around 1g of protein per lb of body weight and haven't had any problems. Cheap protein shakes can give you gas! I learned that the hard way. Keep it up, you are doing fine.

psulemon is right on the money. Just go up in calories 100-200 calories a week until you get to your ideal caloric intake. You won't gain a lot of weight back. Don't fear! You will be o.k..

I know how to measure it. I do it every week. I don't typically take off my shirt , first of all because my wife would get pissed and second I don't find it appropriate. I am wearing a tight enough shirt to prove my point. Come on , let's see your picture.
