I really like it but i am a numbers\stats guy. I find i walk more and climb steps more in order to reach my daily goals i have setup in Fitbit.

Your body will tell you when you need to eat them back. The whole point of this is to understand your bodies needs because everyone is different.

depends on what you are trying to accomplish but i would suggest low weight high reps. For a person new to lifting weights you need to build up muscle endurance before pushing yourself or you could cause injury. Plus the more reps you do the more calories you will end up burning.

Well i have done Atkins many times so i will not say anything bad about it but you have to decide this is a full life change. If you do not believe you can stick with it then dont do it. Atkins effects everyone in your life because you have to eat and prepare to eat according to plan. A lot of calories so just be sure.…

Just started a couple of weeks ago, I need a lot of encouragement myself. i need to lose 150 pds total but about 50 by July to have a knee replacement. So good luck and please anyone feel free to add me. So far reading the messages has been very encouraging. Some of the success staories are just amazing.

If your Machine allows it try adjusting your stride length. I use to have the same issue until i reset the length. :smile:
